I've been working at a B&B recently and we made pancakes yesterday.
This made me hungry for pancakes,
thing is-we didn't have anymore mix!
Now I've never made pancakes before
from a mix or otherwise so this was my challenge for today.
I found an easy recipe here and started right in mixing it all up.
Then came the problem-
I didn't have enough milk.
No where near enough.
So I did the next best thing and I mixed in some chocolate milk.
The pancakes looked a little darker and had a faint taste of chocolate
but they were good,
real good!
